Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Plonkers. By creating an account or playing, you agree to them.

Eligibility

You must be 16 or over to use Plonkers.

The service

Plonkers is provided "as is". We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

Your account

• Give accurate information and keep your login details secure.
• One account per person; you're responsible for activity on your account.

Acceptable use

• No cheating, botting, exploiting bugs, or automated access.
• No abusive, offensive, hateful, or illegal handles, conker names, or behaviour toward other players.
• No attempts to evade a ban or disrupt the service.

In-game content & virtual items

Conkers, tokens, cosmetics and other in-game items are a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use them within the game. They have no real-world or monetary value, and we may modify or remove them. You do not own them.

Content you create

You grant us a licence to display the names and handles you create so the game can function. They must follow the acceptable-use rules above.

Purchases & refunds

Plonkers does not currently sell anything. If we introduce paid items in future, prices will be shown in-app, and:

• By buying, you will consent to immediate delivery of the digital item and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day cancellation ("cooling-off") right once delivery begins.
• All sales are final and we do not offer refunds, except where required by law — for example if a paid item is faulty or not as described under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. To report a faulty item, email support@plonkers.net.

Reporting & moderation

You can report offensive names or behaviour in-app. We may remove content, rename items, and suspend or ban accounts that breach these terms, cheat, or abuse others.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses. Nothing in these terms removes your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Your mandatory local consumer rights still apply.
